Commonwealth Youth Development Summit 2026
1. Registration and Payment Policy
By submitting your registration and completing payment, you agree to the following financial terms:
No Refunds: All payments are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Unforeseen Circumstances: This "No Refund" policy remains in effect regardless of visa denials, travel restrictions, illness, or any other personal or professional unforeseen circumstances.
Chargebacks: Any attempt to dispute a valid transaction through a bank "chargeback" will be contested using your submitted registration data and signed agreement as evidence.
2. Scope of Registration Fees
The registration fee structure for the Summit at theis as follows:
Self-Funded Registration (£700/£599): This fee covers access to the three-day summit program, official event materials, and scheduled refreshments during the event hours (April 9–11, 2026).
Exclusions: Registration fees do not include accommodation, international or domestic flights, airport transfers, visa application fees, or daily meals outside of the provided summit refreshments. These arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
3. Funded Application Track (£50)Applicants choosing the "Funded Application" tier acknowledge the following:Selection
Process: The £50 fee is an application processing fee and does not guarantee selection for a funded slot. Funded slots are strictly limited and are awarded based on the merit of the submitted Statement of Impact and professional background.If your application for a funded slot is not successful, the £50 fee remains non-refundable.
4. Code of Conduct and Participation
Professionalism: Attendees are expected to engage respectfully with all youth leaders, policymakers, and Commonwealth officials.
5. Liability and Personal Belongings
Personal Responsibility: All attendees are solely responsible for their personal property and belongings while attending the Commonwealth Youth Development Summit 2026 at the University of Oxford.
No Liability for Loss: Nexworth, the Commonwealth Youth Council, and the host venue accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items, electronic devices, or luggage brought to the event.
Insurance: We strongly recommend that all international and domestic delegates obtain comprehensive travel and personal property insurance prior to their arrival in Oxford.
Data Privacy: By agreeing to these terms, you consent to Nexworth processing your data (including your LinkedIn profile and essay) for the purpose of Summit administration and security.
